Worst - Anthony Richards & Associates

All agents in this company have no respect, no reasoning, always rude and speaks over clients. They never listen to anything one says. I receive SMS all the time even after I've made a payment and up to date. They have no record of any action in one's account but can call and charge you extra for calls and SMS sent. I once asked for a record of my account and they just shouted with no help, and the agent said something in vernacular thinking I wouldn't understand. she said "this client is annoying'' I told her I can hear you. Worst
