UNSYMPATHETIC

I am behind with my Absa Credit Card payments and got contacted by this company. I have been making payments every week it might not be the full amount that is required but am least I am making payments. I made arrangements to pay R200,00 by the 23rd July 2025 but on Monday night I fell and broke my ankle and I am now bedridden. I got phone this morning by a very unsympathetic person who didn't care that I am bedridden and can't get to the bank. Yes I totally broke my ankle to get out of having to go to the bank and pay my Absa credit card. I am not running way from my payments but a little bit of understanding would go a long way!
