UNPROFESSIONAL HARASMENT FROM APPARENT DEBT COLLECTORS

I have made arrangement regarding an account handed over & yet, still I receive threatening emails & SMSs. When you call their number, the most unprofessional & rude people answer the call & is not willing to assist.

I will continue to report them to the NCR as well as the Credit Provider on a daily basis until this harassment stops.

They are also violating the POPI Act & I will also report this behavior.
