Unprofessional and Harassing Behavior

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Anthony Richards & Associates. Despite settling my account in full, I continue to receive relentless calls from their office. It's been 3 days since I paid off my debt, yet they persist in contacting me, claiming I still owe them money.

Their behavior is not only unprofessional but also harassing. I have tried to reason with them, explaining that my account is settled, but they refuse to listen. The constant calls have caused me significant stress and anxiety.

I expect a law firm to maintain accurate records and respect their clients' privacy. Anthony Richards & Associates has failed to meet these basic expectations. I warn others to be cautious when dealing with this firm, as their practices are questionable and their customer service is subpar.

I have attempted to contact the firm multiple times to resolve this matter amicably, but my efforts have been met with indifference. It's clear that they are more interested in pestering me for non-existent debts than in providing adequate service.
