Unprofessional

I get an email with a telephone number and a claim number telling me to phone urgently.

I call the number and speak to simone.

I was told that its not for me and the email is directed at another person.

I asked inconection with what it is and the lady tells me to ask the person who it was directed at to contact them, which i agreed to.

I asked her what her company does and she is so secretive that she doesnt give any info about the company just telling me it ara. I asked if i google the company will i find out what they do as she is not giving me any info. She tells me ja whatever...

Then i ask to speak to A supervisor, so she tells me there is none available.

Eventually i get put through to a Ziyanda who says she is the supervisor.

I asked for an email address as i would like to email a complaint in re the bad attitude of there staff and then i get told you will get it if you tell me who you are.

Like really now. Does a person really need this unprofessionalism and attitude from people who work at debt collectors?

I needed to have attitude to get anywhere with them which is uncalled for.

I hope they get there emails sorted and atleast put the person who the email is addressed to, there details there then atleast a person will know to send the message on.

Also not to be so secretive about the company and give information on the company when people request it. It makes the company look *****.

And most of all, i really hope they learn customer service, cause they clearly dont have.

The staff disgusted me with the way they handled the situation
