I was offered a settlement and I adhered to it with as the main idea was to settle the balance owing, I did pay as per the settlement offer that was given to me however it has been more than 4 months trying to get this account closed . why would you offer me a settlement if the intentions were not to close the account ? ?????

I have been in contact each and single day and all they say is that Mrs Abraham with call me back however that never happens. All I need is the paid up letter and you have all the proof that this was settled but you not closing the account . If I knew I would struggle this much to get what is rightfully mine ( a letter confirming closure) I wouldnt have entered into this arrangement. I am unable to work as my credit profile is messed up by you and it has been over 3 months trying to sort this mess out. This is just not fair and is surely not legal as it is spoliation.
