TV LICENSE PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY

I have been calling them regarding my TV License issue and it's been two years and the problem has still not been resolved and all they call and ask for is payment first and then they will sort out the cancellation.

I have come to this point of complaining to the net to get my issue resolved and I don't think this will even help.

I don't know what more to do as TV License offices don't even answer their calls.

If anyone can assist, please do reply to my post and I will surely try it out as I cant keep on paying for something that was incorrectly done.
