Tired of their phonecalls

i had an account with African Bank, which they handed me over to Anthony Richards & Associates. In August 2015, I have contacted African Bank several times to sent me a settlement letter, as I had the money at that time, no one ever came back to me. Than this company contact me, the more I say that I don't have money, I am the only breadwinner in my household, they keep on threatening me, they even threaten our receptionist when I'm not at the office. every single day I get calls from them, yes I made arrangement on paying 100rd per month, but now they don't or can't accept the 100rd, they want 500rd from me, I don't even have that kind of moneys left after doing everything I need to do in my house. I'm getting tired of their phone calls & threatening me for a summons, and they even call me when I'm still sleeping, how ridiculous. if a person don't have that money, where must you get it, you can't go *****, or do they want me to? they send me messages, not with the name \African Bank\", but with \"Ellerines\"...I never had any deals with Ellerines "
