Theft and bad Attitude

I was called by Anthony Richard & Associates on the 28th August 2017, arranging a debit order, debit order was set for 30th August and was given a discount, been a month every time for my settlement letter one of the staff gives an excuse, it excuses upon excuses, today 28-09-2017 they have debited my account again , so I call in and sad to say all the staff are so useless and unprofessional, cannot even take down a message properly, the team leader who goes by Barrel is a waste of time, This is theft as they are taking money out of my account without me knowing, they useless uneducated consultants tell me to go to the bank and reverse it like seriously , and I must pay for a reversal fee. absolutely pathetic behavior from Anthony Richard and associates, not forget the biggest ***** and *******.
