Terrible service

Good day..my std bank hkme loan was handed over to these ppl....and arrangement was set in place to pay extra towards my arrears...i have been trying to pay my installement for the last 3 days..and it keeps getting send back from standard bank..i spoke to these ppl many times today..send emails..whatsups..and i just dont get any proper assistance....
