System not accurate

My RCS credit card has been handed over to this pathetic collections company. I was approved for R7000.00 by RCS, however, I couldn't make payments due to lockdown last year.

Now I just received a call from this company saying my balance is R11000.00 which is insane from what I was approved for by RCS to 11K.

What is so mad 😡 is they say my installment due is R8000.00 how on earth is that possible. Whatever maths they use it very stupid.

I tried by all means last year to get hold of RCS they said they can't find anything with my id number. Now recently my balance is R11000.00

I am not going to pay R11000.00 I will pay the balance I know which is R8000.00 as I don't know where the other R3000.00 is coming from.

How my installment due is R8000.00 but that is supposed to be my balance?
