SETTLEMENT QUOTE

I contacted them on Tuesday morning 31/06/2015 requesting for a settlement quote and was informed that I will get the letter by the end of the day ,Tuesday or Wednesday morning and when I had not received anything from them I called them again today at 10:00 and the lady I spoke to said I will get the letter by 12:00 noon,then I called again at 14:00 because I hadn't received the letter and was informed they were having problems with their emails,I gave them my fax number to fax this letter to but still I have not received the letter.
