Settled account

Good day, it has passed 21 working days and I have settled my account and I keep on getting SMSs that I need to pay ARA fir my FNB account. I have called a couple of times and all I get is a promise that I will be contacted back till this day no one or any email was sent to me with regards to my settlement letter so I can go hand it over to FNB.
