RUDE STAFF

<p>On 2016/11/23 at 12:10 I was phoned on my cellphone by a person introducing himself to me as an employee from Anthony Richards & Associates, phoning regarding an account. He asked me to confirm my details. At that stage I was at work, busy on the land line, with people in my office. I told him that before asking these questions he should have the decency to ask if Im available. His reply to me was: No dont come to me with that. If you can pick up the phone, then you are available!!! (In more or less these words)</p> <p>How dare he speak to me like that. How unprofesional can you get? Then he phones me back and asks me why I dropped the phone!</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect a formal apology from managment and what their actions against this person will be. I am sure all your calls are recorded.</p>
