Rude, pathetic, unprofessional and harassment behaviour

I received a call from one of the consultants and this time I could not answer because I was on a call with my daughter. She shouted at me asking why I always drop the calls whenever they call, and I asked why she ia agitated because it is my money and she is harassing me. She rep**** by saying it’s her job to harass me to pay. I told her I will contact my lawyers because of her unprofessionalism and rudeness and she gladly said she can give me the Head Office number and dropped the call. Your consultants are rude and unprofessional. They have no idea what we are going through financially for them to come at us. Such behaviour and treatment is totally uncalled for.
