Rude Consultants

You have the the worse consultants and supervisors ever. I have not once spoke to a helpful consultant in this company. You all have the most nasty attitude ever and have no customer s****s. They do not know how to speak to a customer. Your consultants need soft s****s, every call center needs them weather you are debt collector company or not. Your consultants are blunt and have no telephonic manner. It is disgusting how you run and employee such individuals. I have never been this disgusted by a company before. It's a shame and when complaining by a supervisor they are advised " We don't run a customer service call center we are debt collectors". Wow!
