Rude call centre agents

Every time I get I call from the call centre agents it ends up in a fight because they are so damn rude but can't take it when you are giving them the same attitude. There is this Mrs. Davids who is always shouting and expects you to just listen. These people are rude and this is totally unacceptable, it's like they were trained to be this way.
