Rude agents

<p>I got the call from a collections agent, I advise the agent that i cant stay long on the phone, I can only give the arrangement, she agreed, we done with the arrangement, she still insist me to confirm the address. Further more i hung up the call after telling her againt that i did mention that i cant not stay long on the call. I then hung up the call after she was been pushy. She call called again and treatin me to hung up again she's going to charge me for the call, she continued to challenge me to drop the call as she will call me again and charge me everytime, I then requested to speak to the team leader, She rude spoke about me in the background and drop the call. I demand a c call from head of Credit Oparations, faluire I will escalate this to the CEO Gary Bennett and further. </p>
