Please help me. I have a credit card with Absa that I have taken in Jan 2022. In feb I lost my job. Absa handed this over to Anthony Richards.

Last week a lady phoned me from from Anthony Richards and she said that R960 is my new monthly installment. Then yesterday on 28/06/2022 another lady from Anthony Richards called again telling me my new installment is R1650. Like what's this? Where is professionalism in this? Is this how you guys are ripping us off?

Please hand my account back to ABSA because it's not like I didn't want to pay. I didn't have a job and now I'm paying. I really don't understand why I should be going through this honestly. I'm only earning 5k a month where will I get R1650 from? I got 2 kids that depend on me. Please help me
