Ridiculous, ********* service

Since December 2015 I have been promised that my settlement letter will be sent to me but up until this day ...I haven't received anything from them.<br> <br> I keep talking to these many Mrs whatever's that all annoy me because nothing gets done I'm still awaiting a single letter after 3 months of requesting it .I don't know how to categorise this service because bad is an understatement ,this is so immoral<br>
