Repeated harassment and annoyance by company

Someone please get them out of my life. If there was a zero rating, that’s what I would have given them. I have been repeatedly harassed by this suppose law firm which does not know how to check emails of proof of payments when sent to them. They are *********** and do not write notes on when they have communicated with us. They have been calling me regarding the same matter for so long now and I really do not know what to say anymore. I have even resorted to blocking them from my call list. I am loathe their services and am disgusted by how they my matter has been handled. I have emailed both them and NSFAS regarding this matter and no response from both companies.
