Poor servise

I paid my debt according to the agreement , the promised to provide me with a paid up letter with in 21 days , going for 2 month now MBD debt collectors is threating to sue me for the same amount and the manger at ARA Rochelle van der Vent doesn't do anything to help . I cant be that difficult to provide someone with prove of payment.
