Poor service, ********.

I have missed a few calls coming in from this company. I have been retuning the call to this company for payment arrangements. The lady takes my details down saying that someone will call me back, but no one calls me back. It's been a few days that I call and the same lady promise that someone will call me back to make payment arrangements. No one calls back and now I am getting legal threatening sms's demanding the full outstanding amount to be paid immediately. I have been calling the same number back that is on the sms *** and it just rings. When she answers she lets me talk myself blue while answering another call and continue on that side and I can hear everything sitting on the line until I decide to hang up. Now no answer when I call.
