Poor service

<p>My Capitec was handed over to ARA for collection and I subsequently settled the account on 26/11/2016 </p> <p>I then faced proof of payment and telephoned them on the 28/11/2016 to request a paid up letter</p> <p>I was told to phone back in a week which I did on the 06/12/16 </p> <p>I spoke to someone by the name of Janine who then told me that I would recieve the letter during the course of the day and that I should take the letter to Capitec for them to remove my name of of ITC</p> <p>I still have not recieved any letter from ARA and I am unable to clear my name </p> <p> </p>
