Poor Poor Service
Good Day,
I am highly disappointed in the service received from this company since the 20th May 2020. I made contact via email and telephone 4 times and still no response.
I made a payment to ARA for an account with Wonga on the 20th May and requested they please send the Proof of payment to Wonga to update credit bureau. To date, it has not been cleared from my name. I am so disappointed because I don't think they understand how this is impacting my job applications when checks are done at ITC. My bank even declined me because they said WONGA is on my name as not paid.
How can I get this resolved soonest please?

I no longer have words for the type of service from ARA GROUP & WONGA. It so so bad. Lack of communication, no urgency and really no customer satisfaction kept at top of mind.
Its been more than 15 days since i made contact with Wonga and ARA GROUP who chased me for this money. Its been 2 months since i made the payment to ARA and still my name is not cleared and the Wonga account shows as not paid on the credit bureau.
How do you expect people to move on from bad debt if you keep them stuck but not updating ITC. Who's responsibility is that? I will never recommend Wonga to anyone no matter how desperate.
Ara group is even worst. They could call everyday for the money but not one call since i sent proof of payment begging them to clear my name.
