Poor people skills

This is review for AMERICAN SWISS and the unprofessional DEBT COLLECTORS you appoint. Hard to think this is a LAW FIRM as I have never encountered a more COLD e-mail or messages EVER. AMERICAN SWISS made an offer for relief during the first COVID wave. Now they want to hand you over. Do you have any idea what people are going through?? Or are you oblivious to what is happening around you? Please teach your staff who is clearly not adequately qualified, some people skills. There are people losing their belongings and homes. Don't treat people like *********. At least send decent e-mails with a dash of compassion. I don't know where such cold e-mail correspondence is common practice. I am merely a person who jumped through hoops and awaiting money to pay my account IN FULL AND CLOSE IT INDEFINITELY. Which will be the end of the month. O and your CLIENT should not make offers to people to pay less on their accounts during COVID when they plan to hand you over at the end of the day.
