Pathetic service

Why is this company still operating? Why is ABSA dealing with this company? The staff are useless, and their processes obviously don't work. They contacted me on 26 Feb-20 for a payment. I paid it on the same day and emailed the pop to them the same time. Since then I have spoken to 17 people regarding the SAME matter and have emailed them multiple times (I have the proof). Admin is pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW is it that you cannot see/record on your system what the last person discussed with the client? Don't tell me that you can, because : 1. I can pull a record of the number of calls I have received from your offices, and 2. Why were my calls (and what was discussed) not recorded 16 times?
