Pathetic service

ARA has made my life miserable, I had a Truworths account which they asked me to settle in September 2020 I paid the account but till today my name is still not cleared.. The Truworths account shows is still owing on my credit record and it keeps going up every month.. I want ARA to clear my name ASAP.. Pathetic service
