Pathetic Service

Pathetic Call Center Agents, I asked not to be contacted on my cell and only at my landline and they do not listen! If I get fired for answering my cell phone, how will I pay my damn bills. Consultants have no way of talking. Absolutely disgraceful. They are some very sad people out there working at ARA and not to mention can not follow simple instructions!!!
