Paid-up letter

<p>I have settled my account seven months ago but is still waiting for my paid-up letter which was promised to me by Jodette from Anthony Richards & Associates. How long do i have to wait still another seven months? I just cant get hold of Jodette whenever im phoning. Is Anthony Richards & Associates a legal company or are they also just a **** trying to con people.</p>
