PAID UP ACCOUNTS NOT PAID UP

I wonder what this organisation did with my money of approximately R40k which I paid as settlement towards the Standard Bank credit cards (gold & bluebean) which they claimed to be debt collecting on Standard Bank's behalf. I am constantly being harrassed by other debt collectors claiming that they are also calling for Standard Bank. ARA Group, please sort this out.
