Obnoxious behaviour on behalf of SABC

they are rude and uncooperative, when i asked to speak to someone who could assist me at a higher level they fobbed me off and blocked me even though i am receiving unsubstantiated SMS's and messages from them, they also have no right to have access to my information I have not given them permission. I cannot believe that they can get away with this.
