Nobody to answer the phone.

I have paid off my account in full and these numerous of these consultants have confirmed that when I have managed to get through to them via the telephone. Everytime I was told the same thing, "it takes 7-21 days". However, now that its way passed 21 days suddenly that number no longer gets answered. To them its only a matter of urgency when they harass you for payments, not giving a damn whether you're employed or not but when you are paid up they couldn't care less. I NEED MY PAID UP LETTER!!!
