No One to assist with Absa Credit card

I have been trying to call this company for the past two hours with no answer just a very confused reception that keeps on forwarding me to the wrong people even the "Wrong department" cant assist with an E-Mail or contact number.

Very quick to phone for outstanding monies but when you try to phone back to make an offer there is no one home.
