No Listening or Conflict Handling Skills

Spoke to Amashle who is absolutely rude and has no way of talking to people. Her people skills is non existent. I called the offices and spoke to Donald, he did security check with me and then said he could not help, Amashle took the call and said she is dealing with my account and wanted me to re verify my details. I asked her if calls are recorded and she said yes, I informed her then there is no reason to re verify my details as I already did so with Donald, she refused to listen and just wanted things her way. I dropped the call and called the offices back asking for a manager she answered and again wanted her way, she even dropped the call with me. I find this kind of service unacceptable and exactly what is to be expected from someone with no social skills. She is a bad example for her company and clients that she deals with, hope she can be sent back into training to learn how to deal with conflict, because she obviously has no sense of how to do so
