No Account System and bad attitude

Today My sister (Michelle Fourie) had a visit from a sherrif to collect her car and write up her furniture for outstanding legal fees pertaining to her divorce. <br> Joanne Anthony dealt with her divorce and know well that she did not get a cent settlement for her and that the car is in her ex husbands name and not hers.<br> The sherrif paperwork was dated April 2014 - so he arrived with that at her door this morning.<br> The problem really is this: She has been paying the account off monthly (as arranged with Anthony Inc offices) and has not skipped one month - has all the proof of payments.<br> My sister went to Anthony Inc offices to resolve this matter and was assisted by Chantel, who pulled out her divorce file and has no idea what is outstanding on the account or no updated account to show her. After my father intervened in this matter there is now emails sent on how they will look at the account and refuse to take my father's calls. Also Chantel told my father telephonically that if he is rude to her then she refuses to assist.<br> <br> According to the offices they will sort out the account now, but feel they should not send out sherrif's if their account systems are not up to date.
