MISLEAD

Kindly assist I had a Foshini account which was sent to the 3rd party(ARA - Anthony, Richards & Associates)for collections. I called in to make payment arrangements(to settle the full amount due)Talita the agent offered me 20% she also asked the manager Rene Meyer to send me the TFG Once Off Settlement Arrangement Letter which I received on Thu 2017/09/07 11:55 AM I made payment of R 2 594.11 Which was discounted on the 08/09/2017 via internet banking. Tue 2017/10/17 10:58 I received an email from Olwethu Mfilifili (Anthony, Richards & Associates Office assistance)the email from her had my CLEARANCE LETTER. I called in today 19/10/2017 I called fochini to find out if they received communication that I had paid the account in full, foshini requested that I send them them the clearance letter of which I did on the same day. Today 23/10/2017 I called foshini to find out if they received the letter they said yes they did however they still waiting for feedback from the some department. I then called ARA to find out why does the foshini IVR say I owe R500odd... when I had paid the amount they told me to pay? ARA told me that they will get back to me to find out as to why.. Teresa (I believe is the team leader)did not honour her call back, when I called she said she has not yet received any communication from Foshini.. a few minutes later she called and informed me that I did not qualify for the 20% discount that was communicated to me, I asked several questions based on how was that possible now that I paid I now do not qualify ?? meaning all the emails send to me and the phone calls where nothing but misleading??? I requested for all the call recordings from Terssa informed me that I need to go in the store (foshini) to get the recordings?? When I called foshini they told me that I needed to request the recordings from ARA, so me being me I called them back (ARA) to tell Teressa what foshini said she demanded to know the agents name that said that I told her I forgot... please assist in this matter. I feel terrified and mislead by these people why communicate something then come back to me and say oh no you no longer qualify????
