Making Millions from poor people who do not know better.

I settled an account handed over to Anthony Richards in October 2017. To this day I have not received a settlement letter from them instead the same account has been handed over to MBD with different details. Every time I call requesting the paid up letter I'm told a note will be sent to whoever deals with settlement letters (different name every time) and It is never sent, though I always have to confirm my email address and telephone numbers to ensure it it sent to the correct recipient.
