Letter of payment arrangement

I have requested to be given an arrangement letter since I am now employed and would be starting to pay my account end of the month.<br> <br> I have asked the letter because my employer needs it as this affect my job and I have not been working for the past year.<br> <br> I am told that I should pay first and I have been trying to explain that I am getting paid end of the month and the letter I am requesting will assist in me securing my job in a finacial position that I got as the employer's policy does not allow them to employ someone listed on ITc however the employer has granted me the grace to work provided I make an arrangement to pay off my debt and they also receive a copy of the arrangement letter.<br> <br> <br> Please assist as I have not been given access to work in the company's system before that documents come through. because without this job I wont be able to pay anything.
