Interrogated after making payment

The worest legal company I have ever delt with, stuff are completely *********** and do not pay attention to anything that is being said, futher more they apperantly do security checks but in my situation non was done and apperantly i made payment arrangements, i have requested for a copy of the calls which are apperantly recorded but they never send it and quickly change the topic when asked about

So fastward and I made the payment, the guy calls me to intergate me as to why I made payment.

P. S. I made payment so i dont have to deal with you guys ever again

But thats just my experience
