*********** staff and poor customer service

I phoned the company as they are handling my standard bank account.phoned them a?d told them i want to make payment arrangements for 700 for the 25 of each month as im getting my first salary in september so the first payment will b on the 25 sept.money went off from my account with no notification and not as per the arrangement that i made.i phoned them they told me the arrangements was not in place dont know how but there was a note to say i phoned and told them i will pay 700 everymonth according to them that was not an arrangement i dont know what it is i phoned them today from 11am until 5pm requesting to speak to a manager no luck managers name is janine i spoke to stacey,angelo and the rudest of them all was asanda.the manager was suppose to get back to me @13:30 & never did.i dont know what the hell is goin on in those offices.std bank doesnt have a problem with refunding these damn ppl are making my life hell cause they didnt do their job right from the start. that janine is acting like no manager cause she doesnt even care about complaints. im taking this further as they need to close their offices they dont assist with anything
