I could actually give them (minus) 5 stars as this is the most unprofessional company I have ever come across. They have no integrity, they are very unprofessional, provide you with the least information and definitely do not know how to deal with customers. My Woolworths store card account was handed over to them even after I made arrangements with WW to pay the outstanding value off monthly - due to retrenchment - absolutely disgraceful. they send an SMS with an amount to pay and a date...no company name or contact details. So I requested a settlement letter and was told "unfortunately we cannot help you with that today as all our admin staff are leaving at 4pm...we can only do that on Monday"??? Seriously ??? Needless to say - good ridden to Woolworths & ARA!!!
