URGENTLY PAY today to avoid negative listings Call *** and Reference *** number.' (written just like that, caps and all), and yet you dont even have an email from them how are you supposed to even know account ..

I have too many bad experiences to talk about this company, like been told over the phone by an agent after the 3rd call in 3 days ..'I will call you everyday until this acc has been paid up' .. Anyways I had been paying off this hospital acc and every month end 5 days or so leading up, the calls start. I state yes, I'm aware I never miss any payments etc ..this week I thought, Im sure this Acc must be paid off already, so took the plunge and called the call centre I'll spare you the details of 3 days and 4 agents later, I eventually get to a supervisor..I give her my ID No ..nope she cant find any account, I give her the reference No (the one they originally gave me back a few months which is my Ref No on Internet banking ..) nope cant find any acc ..so I ask her, how is it I am paying R500 every month for the past 6 months and you cant even find my account ..eventually ..after I give my date of birth and she find an outstanding Acc ..which happens to be a completely new outstanding Acc ..I ask for the Due amount , and for her to send me the statement so I can see what this new account is about ..its been day 4 now since we spoke, still no email, on the new account and no news about where my monthly instalments have been going to ...., and guess what this morning I got the same text message ..this is harassment , the calls the messages and I cant even get details out of this totally USELESS company, I'd be too ashamed to have my name on this attorney's company .... I have no words
