INCOMPETENCE ON ANOTHER LEVEL

<p>Good Day </p> <p>I have an account with Jet and due to non payment my account was handed over to Anthony Richards & Associates. I contacted them to make payment arrangments and advised that I will afford to pay R200 a month to be able to settle the account. I made the payments every month as promised and I was contacted by them advising that if I make a payment of R1400 I will get a 30% discount. I made a payment as instructed end of February 2016 and called them so I can get the 30% discount, the consultant I spoke to advised that they need to send a letter to Edcon for them to reverse the balance on the account then once that is done my account will be settled. To my suprise at the beggining of this month I recieved a call from Ramothello and Tsotesti Incorparated attorneys that my Jet account is owing R591.76. and has been handed over to them. When calling Anthony Richards & Associates they tell me that the letter requesting a reversal has not been sent to Edcon that is why the account is still owing. I mean it has been 10 months how hard can it be. The lady I spoke to said that they are sending a request and will get the letter, that was on the 08 of November 2016 but still I have not recieved anything from them. please assist as this is really getting to me. I would have settled this account months ago.</p>
