Incompetence at its peak

This company uses desperate and illiterate individuals who know nothing about debt collection, they have absolutely no telephone etiquettes and know nothing about customer service. ARA should be using the money to send them to legit customer service workshops. They have been harassing me about a debt which I paid off, now that I made the final payment and they have to write it off as paid they are telling me that my payment hasn’t cleared. This payment was made in November 2020 and they received the proof of payment I sent them...to this day their supervisor is “still busy” with another query. Anthony Richards and Associates is a sorry excuse for a financial services company, they just unprofessional idiots trying their luck
