Incapable unprofessional company harassing people for arrears which they can't proof!!!!

Incapable unprofessional and rude personnel! They only sent threatening messages for alleged arrears and when you call them the one is more useless than the other! They do not communicate can't provide any info nor statement! They only threatens and forces you to make payment arrangement on debit order but can't provide any proof of claimed arrears!!!
