Pity there is not a ZERO rating, cause that what these people deserve. I have never ever in my life dealt with such RUDE OBNOXIOUS people. Yes I can't always pay when I say, however that does not give anyone within this company the right to treat me badly and be RUDE. Then phone me multiple times in a day, which i have stopped taking the calls now, because you tell one person who makes mention they will make a note in the system, when the next calls you they say there is no note. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE ON THE PHONES TO BE MORE COMPASSIONATE AND UNDERSTANDING WITH THOSE THAT ARE GOING THRU HELL ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS.
