Horrible Service

I have never dealt with a company that is so useless. They send you sms abt action they taking against you. You call the office no answer, you send emails no replies and you watsapp and they respond on what they want to. Send me a section 129 after i send so many emails asking must i pay the store directly or into ARA acc no reply. Bt they want to take legal action. I dont think its fair to take action when we try to make arrangement and no one gets back to us.
