Harrassment. Useless admin.

<p>Some woman gave my shop number in Durban as her contact number even though I have never heard of her. After daily phone calls for a week wherein I explained we have never heard of this woman they continue to call, I have been promised on 6 seperate occasions my number will be taken off their listing. This has not happened. These people harrass my employees, are stubborn to the point of upwards of 3 calls a day and unrelenting. ARA you are joke of a company, useless at your admin and have zero communication s****s between call agents, supervisors and your supposed "help" desk people. Call me again and I will sue for harassment and loss of revenue from my phone line being clogged up all day.</p>
