Harassment on the extreme

I don’t have ANYTHING to do with this miserable company & yet they continuously harass me with phone calls asking for people that I don’t even know!! They call and when you answer they ignore you and drop the call. I have called in countless times requesting for my number to be removed of their systems yet they continue to pester me. Can I sue them for wrongful harassment?? What about POPIA?! How the hell are you using my details without my permission!!!
